GOP makes a stand in Somerville

The Somerville Journal writes about the growing GOP:

"McKenna said Brown could bring the party back to life. 'Now, Travis and a couple of others at the Saturday meeting, they’re excited, they’re young, and they want to get organized for some purpose.'

'Wonderful, wonderful,' McKenna said."

Travis Brown in the News!

Republican State Committeeman Travis Brown is making news again.

"Somerville - Somerville’s got a stake in the Massachusetts GOP’s future.

Packard Avenue resident Travis Brown was just elected to chair a committee for the state Republican party. He was appointed chair of the Committee on Registration and Membership.

In order to give Republicans in the city a collective voice, Brown hosts weekly meet-ups of the Republican City Committee at Mike’s in Davis Square at 10 a.m. on Saturdays."

Somerville GOP

This morning, 10 people showed up in the snow to meet at a coffee shop in Davis Square to organize the Somerville GOP. We developed a plan and a date for the next meeting. The activists are energized to move forward with a clear plan of action.

The new State Committeeman, Travis Brown, organized this meeting and is looking to work closely with the Somerville GOP and the other committees in the Senate district.

Great job for setting this meeting up Travis. For anyone interested in the Somerville GOP, you can contact Travis at travis.brown5 [at] gmail.com
